Terms of use
Plain terms.
This website and the Vaitly Voice software are provided by Vaitly Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16814185, registered office Mill House Penrhos Farm, Nantgarw, Cardiff, CF15 7UN. Email letstalk@vaitlyvoice.com.
License
Vaitly Voice is licensed, not sold. Free and paid licenses are personal and cover the number of active devices shown on the pricing page. Team and Enterprise licenses are governed by the contract you sign with us. Open-source components keep their own licenses, listed in our third-party notices.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases
Prices on this site are in US dollars; United States customers are charged in dollars and other countries in pounds sterling at the equivalent published price, by Vaitly Limited through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The paid plan is Pro, sold monthly or annually. On October 11, 2026 we stopped selling the Private plans and lifetime licenses; customers who held one were moved to Pro at no charge, and a lifetime license bought before that date continues as Pro, with no renewal charge, for the lifetime of the product line. Taxes are added where required.
Refunds
Any purchase or renewal can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days, no questions asked. Consumers in the UK and EU also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel digital content; because a paid licence starts working immediately, you agree to immediate activation and keep that right regardless. How to ask, and the cancellation form, are on the refunds page. Statutory rights in your country are not affected.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell or share licenses beyond your device allowance, or use the software to break the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Free allowance or the service.
Liability
The software is provided with reasonable care but without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
