Speech is transcribed on your computer on both plans and audio is never uploaded; meeting audio is not saved at all. Pro sends text for its AI features: Cloud Polish sends the finished text of a dictation, and meeting summaries send a transcript's text, to our server, which uses OpenAI. Pro is $9.99 a month or $99 a year. Vaitly Meetings is in beta.

The small print, in plain words

  • Prices are in US dollars. Customers in the United States are charged in dollars; everywhere else the charge is the pound-sterling equivalent shown on the UK site. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where your country requires it.
  • Your statement shows Vaitly Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled from your account page in one click. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Every purchase and renewal is refundable in full within 14 days, no questions asked. Refund policy.
  • Pro covers 5 active devices, in any mix of Macs and Windows PCs. Free covers 1.
  • Existing Private and lifetime customers are upgraded to Pro at no charge. Lifetime licenses are no longer sold.
  • Speech is transcribed on your computer and audio is not uploaded. Meeting summaries and Cloud Polish send text to our server, which uses OpenAI with storage turned off. Vaitly Meetings is in beta.
